Nickel Cobalt Foam

The properties of nickel-cobalt alloys depend greatly on their composition. Increasing the cobalt content of the alloys can increase the stiffness as well as improving the compression and shear resistance, but the ductility is reduced.

Nickel cobalt foam, based on nickel-cobalt alloy, is a highly porous alloy material with excellent thermal conductivity, good electrical conductivity, large porosity, and large specific surface area.

• Sound absorption—With the porous structure, it can diffuse reflection of the sound wave to absorb the sound.

• Electromagnetic shielding—Nickel cobalt foam can shield electromagnetic waves.
• Network structure—It has a homogeneous three-dimensional network structure with filtering effect and the flow stability of gas and fluid is super strong.
